All hematological parameters are within normal limits except for mildly elevated hemoglobin and markedly increased platelet distribution width, which may reflect variation in platelet size but is not clinically significant in isolation. No evidence of anemia, infection, or thrombocytopenia. Drugs of abuse screen is negative. Overall, results are unremarkable and do not indicate acute pathology.
