All hematological parameters are within normal limits except for a markedly elevated platelet distribution width (PDW), which may indicate increased variability in platelet size, possibly due to platelet activation or turnover. No evidence of anemia, infection, or thrombocytopenia. Correlate with clinical findings; isolated high PDW is often nonspecific but may warrant follow-up if clinically indicated.
