Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows persistently elevated HbA1c (6.3%) over several years, indicating poor long-term glycemic control and possible undiagnosed diabetes or prediabetes, despite normal fasting glucose. Renal function (urea, creatinine) and electrolytes are currently within normal limits. Hematology parameters are unremarkable except for a high platelet distribution width, which may reflect platelet activation but is nonspecific. Recommend further evaluation for diabetes and monitoring of glycemic control.
