Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Laboratory results are largely within normal limits. Mildly low creatinine likely reflects reduced muscle mass, common in elderly patients. Slightly elevated chloride and previously low CO₂ may suggest mild metabolic compensation but are not clinically alarming. Glucose control (HbA1c) is stable and within target for age. Lipid profile is favorable. No evidence of acute renal or metabolic disturbance. Recommend continued routine monitoring.
