Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Laboratory results are largely within normal limits. Mild, persistent low urine specific gravity may suggest dilute urine; consider hydration status. Slightly elevated chloride and low total CO₂ on two occasions could indicate mild metabolic acidosis or compensation; clinical correlation is advised. Hematocrit was mildly elevated once but otherwise normal. No evidence of infection, renal dysfunction, or diabetes. No proteinuria or hematuria. Overall, no acute laboratory abnormalities; recommend clinical correlation for mild electrolyte and acid-base findings.
