Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
All hematological and lipid parameters are within or near normal limits, except for mildly elevated platelet count and markedly increased platelet distribution width in the most recent test. Lipid profile is stable and within target ranges. No evidence of anemia or leukocytosis. The persistent thrombocytosis and high platelet distribution width may warrant further evaluation for possible reactive or myeloproliferative causes. Clinical correlation is recommended.
