Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows poor glycemic control (elevated HbA1c), dyslipidemia (high total cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides, and low HDL), and mild hyperchloremia. Renal function, electrolytes, and blood counts are within normal limits. No evidence of microalbuminuria. Recommend clinical follow-up for diabetes and lipid management.
