Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Urine analysis shows significant leukocyturia, bacteriuria, positive nitrites, and >100,000 CFU/mL E. coli, indicating a urinary tract infection. Presence of blood and protein is mild; no casts detected. Low urine specific gravity may reflect dilute urine. Blood counts are within normal limits except for elevated platelet distribution width, which is nonspecific. Overall, findings are consistent with an acute uncomplicated urinary tract infection; clinical correlation and appropriate antibiotic therapy are recommended.
