Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Laboratory results are largely within normal limits. Mildly elevated chloride and low total CO₂ on 2024-02-11 may suggest a mild non-anion gap metabolic acidosis, but renal function and other electrolytes are normal. Platelet distribution width is elevated, but platelet count is normal. Persistently low urine specific gravity may indicate dilute urine; consider hydration status or possible concentrating defect. No evidence of infection, hematuria, or proteinuria. No acute concerns, but clinical correlation is advised for the noted mild abnormalities.
