Allergen-specific IgE levels are within or near the lower end of the reference ranges, indicating no significant sensitization to tested allergens. Complete blood count parameters are within normal limits, except for a markedly elevated platelet distribution width, which may suggest increased platelet size variability but is of unclear clinical significance in isolation. No evidence of anemia, infection, or allergic sensitization is seen. Correlate with clinical context if symptoms persist.
