Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows persistently elevated creatinine, indicating impaired renal function, and mild hyperchloremia. There is marked anemia (low hemoglobin and hematocrit) and significant leukopenia, suggesting possible bone marrow suppression or chronic disease. Electrolytes, liver enzymes, and protein levels are within normal limits. Glucose is now normal but was previously low. Recommend further evaluation of renal function, anemia, and leukopenia, and clinical correlation for underlying causes.
