All lipid and blood cell parameters are within normal limits, except for a mildly decreased hematocrit (37.1%, slightly below lower limit) and a markedly elevated platelet distribution width (236.3 fL, above normal). These findings may suggest mild anemia and increased platelet size variability, which can be seen in reactive states or early platelet regeneration. Clinical correlation is recommended.
