Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mildly elevated creatinine, suggesting possible renal impairment, and proteinuria, which may indicate glomerular involvement. Urine is dilute (low specific gravity) and abnormal in appearance, with glucosuria and ketonuria, but HbA1c is low, making diabetes unlikely. Mild hyperkalemia is present. No evidence of urinary infection. Recommend further evaluation of renal function and possible causes of proteinuria and glucosuria.
