| The patient shows mild leukopenia, thrombocytosis, markedly elevated total bilirubin, and significantly increased creatinine, indicating possible renal dysfunction and hyperbilirubinemia. Severe metabolic acidosis is present (arterial pH 6.8, low O2 saturation), which is life-threatening and requires urgent intervention. Other parameters, including liver enzymes and electrolytes, are within normal limits. Immediate clinical assessment and management are strongly recommended. |
