The patient shows poor glycemic control (elevated HbA1c), mild dyslipidemia (high total cholesterol, LDL, and triglycerides), and low total CO₂, which may suggest mild metabolic acidosis. Renal function and electrolytes are within normal limits, and there is no evidence of microalbuminuria. Recommend optimization of diabetes and lipid management and further evaluation of acid-base status if clinically indicated.
