Laboratory results are largely within normal limits. Notable findings include mild hypoglycemia (glucose 64.6 mg/dL) and elevated platelet distribution width, which may suggest increased platelet size variability but is of unclear clinical significance in isolation. No evidence of renal, hepatic, or significant hematologic dysfunction. Lipid and glycemic control appear adequate. Correlate hypoglycemia clinically.
