| The patient shows significantly elevated creatinine, proteinuria, glucosuria, bilirubinuria, and abnormal urine appearance, suggesting impaired renal function, likely chronic kidney disease with possible nephrotic features. Elevated chloride and low CO₂ may indicate metabolic acidosis. Blood glucose and HbA1c are within normal limits, making diabetes less likely. Recommend urgent nephrology evaluation and further workup for renal pathology. |
