Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The results indicate poor glycemic control (elevated HbA1c and fasting glucose), dyslipidemia (high total cholesterol, LDL, and triglycerides), and mild erythrocytopenia. Renal function and microalbuminuria are within normal limits. Platelet indices show mild abnormalities but are not critical. These findings are consistent with metabolic syndrome and increased cardiovascular risk; clinical correlation and management optimization are recommended.
