Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
All blood chemistry and hematology parameters are within normal limits. The only abnormalities are a high platelet distribution width and a low urine specific gravity. The elevated platelet distribution width may indicate increased platelet size variability, possibly due to platelet activation or turnover, but platelet count is normal. Low urine specific gravity may suggest dilute urine; consider hydration status or possible renal concentrating defects if clinically indicated. No evidence of infection or metabolic derangement. Correlate with clinical findings.
