Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Renal function is mildly impaired (elevated creatinine), with low total CO₂ suggesting possible mild metabolic acidosis. Urinalysis shows significant proteinuria and glucosuria, with low specific gravity and abnormal urine appearance (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal), but no evidence of infection (negative nitrites/leukocytes). Findings are suggestive of possible diabetic nephropathy or other renal pathology; further nephrological evaluation is recommended.
