| The patient shows significant renal impairment (elevated creatinine), marked proteinuria, glucosuria, and ketonuria, with low urine specific gravity and abnormal urine appearance (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal). Blood glucose is normal. These findings suggest possible acute or chronic kidney disease with impaired tubular function, and possible nephrotic syndrome or diabetic nephropathy. No evidence of urinary tract infection. Further nephrological evaluation is recommended. |
