| The patient shows mildly elevated HbA1c, suggesting impaired glucose regulation or early diabetes, despite a slightly low fasting glucose. Elevated creatinine may indicate reduced kidney function. HDL cholesterol is low, increasing cardiovascular risk. Other parameters are within normal limits. Recommend further evaluation of glycemic control, renal function, and lipid management. |
