Most parameters are within normal limits. Notable findings include mildly decreased HbA1c (3.9%) and creatinine (0.4 mg/dL), which may reflect low average glucose and reduced muscle mass, respectively, both common in elderly patients. Mildly elevated MCHC and markedly high platelet distribution width may be laboratory artifacts or reflect mild cell morphology changes. No acute pathology is evident. Clinical correlation is recommended.
