All hematological parameters are within normal limits except for a markedly elevated platelet distribution width (PDW), which may indicate increased platelet size variability, possibly due to platelet activation or turnover. No evidence of anemia, leukocytosis, or thrombocytopenia. Correlate PDW finding clinically; if no symptoms or relevant history, this isolated abnormality is likely of limited significance.
