Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows poor glycemic control (elevated HbA1c and fasting glucose), mild dyslipidemia (borderline high cholesterol and triglycerides), and mild anemia. Renal function and microalbuminuria are within normal limits. Low total CO₂ may suggest mild metabolic acidosis. Platelet count is normal, but platelet distribution width is elevated, which may indicate increased platelet variability. Clinical correlation and follow-up are recommended.
