Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Most parameters are within normal limits. Notable findings include thrombocytosis (elevated platelets), markedly increased total bilirubin, elevated creatinine (suggesting impaired renal function), low prothrombin time, low arterial pH (acidemia), and mildly reduced arterial oxygen saturation. These findings may indicate renal dysfunction, possible liver dysfunction or hemolysis, and mild respiratory or metabolic acidosis. Clinical correlation and further evaluation are recommended.
