Most parameters are within normal limits. There is a mildly elevated creatinine, which may suggest reduced renal function, and a slightly low hematocrit, though other red cell indices are normal. Glucose control (HbA1c) is within target. No evidence of acute infection or hematologic abnormality. Recommend monitoring renal function and considering further evaluation if creatinine remains elevated.
