| The patient shows elevated creatinine, proteinuria, and abnormal urine findings (cloudy, brown, low specific gravity, bilirubinuria), suggesting possible renal dysfunction. Elevated chloride and low CO₂ may indicate mild metabolic acidosis. Blood glucose is normal, but HbA1c is unexpectedly low-potentially due to anemia or lab error. No evidence of urinary infection. Recommend further renal evaluation and correlation with clinical findings. |
