| The patient shows anemia (low erythrocytes), elevated hemoglobin (possibly due to dehydration), impaired renal function (high creatinine), severe hyperbilirubinemia, metabolic acidosis (very low arterial pH), and hypoxemia (low O₂ saturation). Liver enzymes are not elevated, but cholesterol and LDL are high. These findings suggest significant renal and hepatic dysfunction with metabolic derangement; urgent clinical evaluation is recommended. |
