The patient shows mild hypoglycemia, elevated creatinine suggesting impaired renal function, and significant proteinuria with low urine specific gravity, indicating possible nephrotic syndrome or glomerular pathology. Presence of glucose and bilirubin in urine is abnormal and may reflect underlying metabolic or hepatic issues. No evidence of urinary tract infection. Recommend further nephrological and metabolic evaluation.
