The patient shows mild hypoglycemia, significantly elevated creatinine suggesting impaired renal function, and a slight increase in alkaline phosphatase, which may indicate hepatobiliary or bone involvement. Triglycerides are also elevated. Other parameters are within normal limits. Renal function impairment should be further evaluated and correlated clinically.
