All parameters are within normal limits except for mildly decreased creatinine, which is not clinically significant, and elevated total and LDL cholesterol, indicating increased cardiovascular risk. Glucose metabolism, renal function, electrolytes, and urine microalbumin are normal. Recommend addressing hypercholesterolemia with lifestyle modification and/or medication as appropriate. No acute laboratory concerns.
