| Renal function shows mildly elevated creatinine and chloride with low CO₂, suggesting possible mild renal impairment and metabolic acidosis. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glucosuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal appearance, raising concern for renal tubular dysfunction or early diabetic nephropathy, though HbA1c is unexpectedly low. No evidence of urinary infection. Lipid profile is within target. Recommend clinical correlation for renal and metabolic status, and consider further evaluation of low HbA1c. |
