The patient shows significantly elevated creatinine, suggesting impaired renal function, and mild metabolic acidosis (low CO₂). Alkaline phosphatase is also elevated, which may indicate possible hepatobiliary or bone involvement. Other parameters, including glucose, electrolytes, liver enzymes, and lipid profile, are within normal limits. Renal function and possible causes for elevated alkaline phosphatase should be further evaluated clinically.
