Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mild hypoglycemia and low HbA1c, suggesting possible chronic low blood glucose. Elevated creatinine may indicate impaired renal function. Urine findings (glucosuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, brown color, cloudy appearance) suggest possible renal tubular dysfunction or uncontrolled diabetes with ketosis, though blood glucose is low. No evidence of urinary infection. Clinical correlation and further evaluation for renal and metabolic disorders are recommended.
