Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows impaired renal function (elevated creatinine), dyslipidemia (high total and LDL cholesterol, low HDL), mild proteinuria, glucosuria, and ketonuria with low urine specific gravity, but normal blood glucose and low HbA1c, suggesting possible renal glycosuria or laboratory artifact. Urine findings (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal) may indicate dehydration or underlying renal/urinary pathology. Mildly low hematocrit and elevated platelets are noted. Recommend further evaluation of renal function, urine abnormalities, and cardiovascular risk management.
