Notable findings include mildly elevated hemoglobin and markedly increased platelet distribution width, which may suggest underlying hematological changes; clinical correlation is advised. Urine specific gravity is slightly low, possibly indicating dilute urine or overhydration. No evidence of infection or renal dysfunction is seen.
