| Laboratory results show good glycemic control and normal renal function, though creatinine is slightly below the reference range, which is not clinically concerning. Electrolytes are within normal limits except for mildly elevated chloride. Lipid profile reveals hypercholesterolemia and borderline high LDL, indicating increased cardiovascular risk.
