All measured values are within or close to normal ranges, except for a mildly decreased creatinine, which is not clinically concerning in elderly females with low muscle mass. Glucose control (HbA1c) is acceptable, and lipid profile is within target. No acute metabolic or renal abnormalities are evident. Overall, results are unremarkable from a laboratory perspective.
