Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
---
The urine findings indicate a urinary tract infection (UTI) with significant bacteriuria (>100,000 CFU/mL E. coli), positive nitrites, leukocyte esterase, and presence of leukocytes, erythrocytes, and bacteria. Low specific gravity may suggest dilute urine. No casts were seen. Recommend clinical correlation and appropriate antibiotic therapy based on sensitivity testing.
