The patient shows mild hypoglycemia, elevated creatinine suggesting possible renal impairment, and significant proteinuria with ketonuria and glucosuria. Urine is cloudy, brown, and has low specific gravity, with bilirubin present. No evidence of urinary tract infection (negative nitrites/leukocytes). Findings are suggestive of possible diabetic nephropathy or another renal pathology; clinical correlation and further nephrological evaluation are recommended.
