Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated creatinine, low total CO₂, and proteinuria, suggesting possible renal impairment with mild metabolic acidosis. Urinalysis reveals protein, glucose, and ketones, with abnormal appearance and color, but no evidence of infection. Low HbA1c and normal glucose argue against chronic hyperglycemia. Recommend further renal evaluation and assessment for possible acute or chronic kidney disease and underlying causes of proteinuria and glucosuria.
