Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated serum creatinine and potassium, indicating impaired renal function. Urinalysis reveals significant proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine appearance, suggesting nephrotic-range protein loss and possible tubular dysfunction. Hemoglobin A1c is low, possibly due to anemia or recent changes in glycemic control. Findings are consistent with acute or chronic kidney disease with possible nephrotic syndrome; clinical correlation and further nephrological evaluation are recommended.
