Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The results show arterial acidemia (low arterial pH) with normal pCO₂ and bicarbonate, and mildly reduced arterial oxygen saturation. Venous blood gases are within normal limits. Coagulation (ACT) and magnesium are normal. Findings suggest mild hypoxemia and metabolic/respiratory acidosis; clinical correlation is recommended to assess for underlying respiratory or metabolic disorders.
