The patient shows significantly elevated creatinine in both serum and blood, suggesting impaired renal function. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine appearance, indicating possible nephropathy and metabolic derangement. Hemoglobin A1c is unexpectedly low, which may reflect analytical or clinical issues. Findings are consistent with acute or chronic kidney disease, possibly with underlying metabolic disturbance (e.g., diabetes or starvation ketosis). Further clinical correlation and nephrology evaluation are recommended.
