| The patient shows markedly elevated serum creatinine, indicating significant renal impairment. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glucosuria, and ketonuria, with low specific gravity and abnormal urine appearance, suggesting possible nephrotic syndrome or diabetic nephropathy with impaired concentrating ability. No evidence of urinary tract infection. Liver enzymes and electrolytes are within normal limits. Recommend urgent nephrology evaluation and assessment for underlying causes of renal dysfunction. |
