| The patient shows significant renal impairment (elevated creatinine, marked proteinuria, low urine specific gravity), with glucosuria and ketonuria suggesting possible diabetic nephropathy or another cause of renal dysfunction. Liver function and electrolytes are within normal limits. Urinalysis shows no evidence of infection. Recommend urgent nephrology evaluation and assessment for underlying metabolic or systemic disease. |
