Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows evidence of significant renal dysfunction (elevated creatinine, proteinuria, low urine specific gravity), marked hyperbilirubinemia, metabolic acidosis (low arterial pH, low O2 saturation), and prolonged aPTT. There is also marked hypercholesterolemia and LDL elevation. Mild anemia is suggested by low hematocrit and MCHC. Liver enzymes are not elevated, but ALT is low. Findings are consistent with acute or chronic renal and hepatic dysfunction, with possible nephrotic syndrome and metabolic derangement. Immediate clinical correlation and further evaluation are recommended.
