Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The results show mildly elevated HbA1c (5.8%), suggesting prediabetes, and a slightly high HDL cholesterol, which is generally protective. Total CO₂ is mildly decreased, possibly indicating mild metabolic acidosis or compensation. Platelet distribution width is elevated, which may reflect increased platelet variability but is nonspecific. All other parameters, including renal function, electrolytes, and blood counts, are within normal limits. No acute abnormalities detected; recommend monitoring glucose metabolism and clinical correlation for metabolic findings.
