| Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us |

| The patient shows mildly elevated creatinine, suggesting possible renal impairment, and low urine specific gravity, which may indicate impaired concentrating ability. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glycosuria, and ketonuria, with abnormal urine appearance and color, but no evidence of infection. HbA1c is unexpectedly low despite glycosuria, possibly due to analytical or clinical factors. Overall, findings suggest renal dysfunction with possible tubular involvement; clinical correlation and further nephrological and diabetic assessment are recommended. |
